How to Smoke Weed Indoors- Guide to Blazing Inside

Smoking outdoors is great, you get to be outside in the fresh air taking in all the sights, sounds and smells of nature! However, it is inevitable that there are going to be times when smoking outside isn’t an option, or at least a good one! This is especially true if you live in a state where weed isn’t yet legal and you can’t just go out on the street and smoke.

Smoking inside is the alternate option, except this can pose some problems for many. Maybe you’ve got to keep the smell away from parents or roommates, or you could live in a building where smoking of any kind is prohibited inside.

Luckily I know a thing or two about smoking weed indoors, from my days in a college dorm and living in an apartment building where smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors.

Now let’s get into the guide on blazing indoors! By the end of this, you’ll know how to smoke weed indoors almost anywhere!

What Not To DO

Many of you out there live in legal states and probably live in houses where you can smoke indoors all you want, and that’s great! However, I do want to share a bit of advice first. I’ve lived in and been in many weed friendly houses, where everyone in the house smokes weed and at any given moment smoke clouds fill the room. This can be great if you’re into that and not getting into any trouble, but it can be a nightmare to get rid of the smell should you ever need to. Blowing all that smoke out inside will cause the smell to seep into furniture, clothes, and the carpet, and it will be hard to get rid of should you ever need/want to.

I know how great it can be to smoke indoors without a care in the world, but be aware of the consequences it can have and don’t let it get too far!

Ozium is Your Best Friend

I’ve talked about Ozium multiple times on this blog, and it’s because this magical little bottle of spray is every stoners best friend. This spray seems to zap the weed smell out of the air instantly as it’s powerful lemon scent floods your nose. If you plan on smoking weed indoors frequently, I cannot stress enough how important having a couple Ozium bottles on hand is.

Unlike most air fresheners, Ozium is an air sanitizer, so I’t doesn’t just cover up the smell, it actually eliminates smoke and malodors in the air .

The best part is that Ozium is cheap, and you can find it right on Amazon! And with Ozium, a little goes a long way, so only spray a little each time and the bottle should last you a long time!

Sploof/Smoke Buddy

SploofA sploof/smoke buddy should become another very close friend of yours if you plan on smoking indoors regularly. For those of you that don’t know, a sploof is something that you blow your smoke into, and it will mask the smell and hide the smoke.

You can make a homemade sploof very easily, all you need is an empty toilet paper roll and some dryer sheets. Then what you want to do is stuff the dryer sheets in the toilet paper roll and you’re done! Easy as that. Now when you blow your smoke into it will come out smelling fresh like a dryer sheet instead of weed!

If you don’t want to take the time to put together a sploof, you could always purchase a smoke buddy. Smoke Buddies are fairly cheap, and work extremely well. Smoke buddies work just like a sploof except with a smoke buddy you’re barely going to see any smoke come out the other end either, it all gets trapped in the device, which is even better for the smell and nobody will see the visible smoke either. You can find various smoke buddies right on Amazon as well, no need to try to go out to the store looking for one!

The Garage

If you have a garage, this could be a fantastic place to smoke in. Most people don’t hang around in the garage that often, so it’s a great place to sneak off to get a couple hits. And once your done, crack a window in there or better yet, open the garage door so the smoke can escape easily.

The garage is a great place to smoke

Most bathrooms can double as a great place to smoke in, but you need to make sure of a few things first. Make sure that your bathroom has either a window or a fan, and for even more effectiveness, a shower.

Running the shower on hot will create a lot of steam, masking the smell of weed and diffusing the smoke, then for good measure, open the window and spray some Ozium in there!

And put a towel under the crack in the door so that none of the smoke or smell can escape while you’re in there!

Room With A Window

Smoking in any room with a window can be made extremely easy with just a few quick steps.

(Always remember to check for smoke detectors in the room you’re smoking in, forgetting about This is an easy way to ruin a sesh!)

Towel Under The Door– Shut the door and put a towel in the crack under the door to keep smoke from traveling underneath. This is an important step, if you forget this step it could ruin the effectiveness of the next few steps, because smoke will be able to travel right under your door and out of the room you’re trying to contain!

Window Open– I’m sure this step is obvious, but crack that window open!! Your goal is to direct all the smoke out of the window and out of the house!

Fan– Now that your window is open, take any fan and point it so that is directed out the window. You want to do this so that when you blow your smoke into the back of the fan it carries it right outside.

Sploof– For good measure you can even use a sploof when blowing smoke into the back of the fan, this will reduce the smell even more!

Ozium– Once your sesh is over, go ahead and spray some ozium in the room you smoked in, this will clear up any marijuana smell that could have been lingering.

Once you’ve carried out these steps, it’s a good idea to leave the window open for at least a couple minutes afterwards to let all the air and smells filter out and it’ll be like nobody ever smoked in it at all!

I hope this guide helps make it easier to blaze inside! Of course if you have any suggestions or questions about the article, please leave them down in the comments below, and I will be sure to get back to you shortly!
