What is CBD Water? Has the CBD Craze Gone Too Far?
Yeah most people have heard of CBD in the form of wax, oil, and maybe even gummies, but what is CBD water? It sounds ridiculous at first, I mean there’s already so many other ways you can consume CBD, do we really need to go as far as to put it in the water?
I want to clarify that I am a supporter and user of CBD products, I think they are great and that they have the potential to help tons of people.
These were just some of my thoughts when I first heard of CBD water. Now, after putting some research into CBD water, and actually trying it myself, my thoughts have changed. So if you’re skeptical, let me explain to you what CBD water is.
CBD water is basically exactly what is sounds like, its just CBD infused water. There’s no other added flavors, it tastes just like normal water, you won’t even know there’s CBD in there! This stuff is completely safe too, the only negative side effects that have been reported (very few) are typically drowsiness and nausea.
The thing that separates CBD water from other CBD products is the process by which it is made. CBD water is made using quantum physics, a term most of us haven’t had to deal with since we were in high school. And while this sounds intimidating, let me break it down for you in a simple way.
Basically quantum physics is used to break down CBD particles in order to form nanoparticles that can very easily be evenly distributed into a water cluster, which then can be infused into water. This method of how CBD water is made is what gives the product such a high praise by many, because CBD water has such a high bio availability.
For those of you confused with what that means, stay tuned, I will go into further detail later, but just know that it is a very good thing!
Benefits of CBD Water
Like other CBD products, CBD water is also useful for a variety of different things. One benefit that CBD water has is that you are also staying HYDRATED, along with taking in useful CBD. CBD is a cannabinoid that does NOT produce psycho-active effects in the body.
Yes, CBD is a cannabinoid found in marijuana, but no, CBD alone can not get you high, so that should not be a concern. However what CBD can do is help to alleviate inflammation, muscle pain, anxiety, nausea, and many other things.
Mind you that CBD has only been being researched for medical purposes for several years due to the strict laws previously, so it is still unknown what the true potential of CBD is. However, studies have been conducted that clearly show that CBD alleviates symptoms of various illnesses and ailments.
What Sets CBD Water Apart?
When most people consume CBD, they usually do so through the route of an oil, wax, edible, etc. But through this, a large percentage of CBD is lost along the way. In many cases, especially if the product is made poorly, up to 90% of CBD can be lost in certain forms, and it comes down simply to poor bio availability.
And for those who don’t know what bio availability is (I’m not a scientist for the record, I did put some research into this term though) it is basically the percentage of the substance that is actually absorbed into the body. So now you’re probably wondering, why does CBD water have a better bio availability than other CBD products?
The answer to that comes down to the process of how CBD water is made, which I explained previously. Since these CBD particles have undergone the quantum physics process, creating nanoparticles that have improved retention in the body.
So to give you something to think about, CBD water has 100% bioavailability, while other CBD products on the market can have as low as 10% bio availability, this means that in some cases, CBD water can give you an effect 10 times as strong.
Is CBD Water For YOU?
Now that you now what CBD water is, it’s important to evaluate if it’s the right thing for you. I can share that from my personal experience that CBD water is fantastic. I use CBD products frequently, I don’t use the water very often however, my preference leans towards the gummies and other edibles lately.
I have used CBD water when working out, and whether you drink it before, during, or after a workout, you will feel very relaxed and have nearly no muscle soreness. I could see this product doing wonders for any athletes, being able to keep your body free of pain and your muscles relaxed is very useful.
If CBD is something you have never tried before, this is also a great way to try CBD for the first time. A bottle of CBD water is relatively low cost (usually around 7-10$, depending on the size of the bottle) and it’s as easy as drinking water. No need to worry about which oil to buy or what size bottle of oil to get, simply stick with good ol’ trusty water.
Many bottles of CBD water even come in multiple serving sizes, meaning there are measurements on the side of the bottle so you know how much to drink! CBD water can be purchased online from various places, which is convenient because you don’t even need to leave the comfort of your couch to get it!
If you’re interested, I’ve written a CBD water review , which includes a link to where you can purchase some CBD water yourself!
If you plan on purchasing CBD water to help with your pain, anxiety, etc. just know that you should not replace existing treatment with CBD, and if you are receiving treatment of some sorts, speak with your healthcare professional before you begin consuming CBD regularly.
I hope I’ve answered any questions and cleared up any confusion there might have been regarding CBD water. Share what you guys think of CBD water down below, Is it a product that is here to stay, or just a way to make money off the CBD boom? I’m anxious to hear your thoughts.
